| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje vzdělávání žáků, kteří jsou příslušníky národnostních či etnických menšin. Teoretická část se věnuje výzvám a bariérám vzdělávání těchto žáků v kontextu klíčového dokumentu vzdělávací soustavy, kterým je Strategie 2030+, a dalších legislativních možností, které kompenzují nerovnosti v přístupu ke kvalitnímu vzdělání. Analýza Strategie 2030+ představuje empirický základ výzkumné části práce, která zamýšlené cíle tohoto dokumentu konfrontuje se skutečnou podobou vzdělávání žáků menšin na vybrané základní škole. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the education of pupils who represent national, or ethnic minorities. The theoretical part presents the challenges and barriers to the education of pupils in the context of the essential document of the Czech educational system which is Strategie 2030+, and other legislative options that compensate for possible inequalities in access to quality education. The analysis of Strategie 2030+ represents the empirical basis for the research part of the thesis that confronts the intended goals of the strategic document with the actual form of education of minority students in the selected elementary school. |
