Abstract:	Práce se zaměřuje na druhy exekucí podle současné právní úpravy, které jsou vykonávány několika různými subjekty, přičemž zkoumá jejich průběh a způsoby provedení. Cílem práce je porovnání exekuce soudní a správní, jakožto i řešení jejich vzájemného konfliktu.
Abstract in different language:	Thesis describes types of distraints by current legislation, which are perform by several different subjects and investigate their process and methods of implementation. The objective of the thesis is comparison of judicial and administrative distraint and solves their mutual conflict.
