| Abstrakt: | Ve své diplomové práci ?Vývoj sociálního zabezpečení na území ČR? se zabývám problematikou vývoje jednotlivých etap sociální ochrany lidí, od počátků událostí, které vedly v dobách minulých k určité starostlivosti o člověka, který neměl nic, tedy, dle dnešního pojmosloví byl ?chudý?, až k dnešnímu rozvinutému systému moderního sociálního zabezpečení obyvatel. Hlavním tématem mé diplomové práce je postupný vývoj sociálních institutů na území České republiky. Jsem přesvědčen, že bez výkladu vývojových fází, které jsem doplnil o citace ze zákonů, si nejsme schopni uvědomit ten dlouhý proces vývoje jednotlivých institutů. Jsem přesvědčen, že se mi v diplomové práci podařilo vyjádřit vcelku komplexně celou oblast péče o jakkoliv potřebné občany. Z dnešních institutů se zabývám hlavně důchodového pojištění, nemocenského pojištění a státní sociální podpoře a pomoci. Ve své práci jsem v neposlední řadě nastínil, jak je možné se domáhat svých práv v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení. Prostřednictvím správního soudnictví, které začíná u krajského soudu. Snažil jsem se vystihnout postup a praxi. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | In this thesis ?Development of Social Security scheme in the Czech Republic?I deal with the development of the various stages of social protection of people, from the beginning of the events that during times of previous led to some kind of solicitude about a person who had nothing, therefore, according to actual terminology he was ?poor?, to present-day advanced system of modern social security scheme of the population. Without terminology and social policy, which I described in the first initial part of my thesis, it would not be possible to discuss about individual institutes currently valid legislation. It would not be simply possible because the reader would not to do a complete overview on this issue. In the second part I deal with the beginnings of certain solidarity with the destitute, where crucial is of course, as well as the topic of my thesis shows, the gradual development of social institutions in the Czech Republic. I am convinced that without the interpretation of developmental stages that I added the quote from Acts, we are not able to realize the long process of development of the particular institutes. I am convinced that in my thesis I succeeded to convey quite complex to the whole area of care for any needy citizens. It is obvious that in the desired extent of thesis I could not bring details of specific areas and particular institutes, it was the reason why I chose some of the most important and tried to describe and capture them. I mainly deal with retirement insurance, health insurance and state social support and assistance. My intention was to bring closer the scope and the content current valid legislation including current trend consist in effort to direct all state social assistance to needed citizens as possible in a reasonable range, targeted and effective. It is understandable that this could not happen without appropriate changes in the competence of the state administration authority, although these changes were sometimes accompanied by some problems, particularly as the transition of authority. |
