| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení kvality služeb ve vybraných restauračních zařízeních v České republice. Práce se soustředí na identifikaci možných rozdílů ve vztahu restaurací k tuzemským a zahraničním zákazníkům a všeobecně na oborové kompetence, pozornost a laskavost zaměstnanců ve službách. K dosažení cílů je mimo jiné použita metoda tzv. mystery shoppingu, která je v první části práce teoreticky vysvětlena. Ve druhé (praktické) části je vyložena problematika sektoru služeb v České republice a je představen realizovaný marketingový výzkum. Poslední částí práce je prezentace a diskuse výsledků. Ty jsou srovnány s jinými dostupnými (podobnými) studiemi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on benchmarking the quality of service in the catering industry in the Czech Republic, particularly regarding the differences in dealing with domestic and foreign customers, and is generally about the professional competencies and friendliness of the service staff. To achieve this marketing research, the mystery shopping method was utilized, which in the first part of this thesis is explained in theoretical detail. In the next practical part, the difficulties in the service sector in the Czech Republic are clarified, and the testing procedure is introduced and implemented. Following this, the achieved results are analyzed and compared with other surveys. |
