| Abstract: | Práce se nejprve věnuje teoretické části o nadnárodních společnostech, důležité k pochopení druhé, analytické části, kde se práce zabývá případovou studií společností Shell a Coca-Cola působících v Nigérii a Indii. Využité poznatky jsou poté využity k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek stanovených na začátku práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part of thesis is devoted to the theoretical part of transnational corporations, important to understand the second, analytical part where the thesis deals with a case study of Shell and Coca-Cola operating in Nigeria and India. Utilized findings are then used to answer the research questions set out at the beginning of the work. |
