| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce nejprve obecně popisuje základy autorského práva. Pojednal jsem též o kategoriích autorských děl, o historii autorského práva, Internetu a pramenech právní úpravy autorských práv v České republice. To mi posloužilo jako základ a úvod do prostředí autorskoprávní ochrany na Internetu. Následující část pak již konkrétněji pojednává o užití autorských děl, problémech s jejich užíváním a odpovědností jednotlivých účastníků sítě Internet.V části poslední jsem se pak pokusil přiblížit známé kauzy, jako je odmítnutí dohody ACTA, zavření největšího uložiště na světě Megaupload či spory Rapidsharu v Německou s místním ochranným svazem GEMA. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis generally describes the basics of copyright protection. Moreover, I also researched different categories of original work, copyright history and copyright legislation in the Czech Republic. Those findings helped me understand the copyright legislative environment on the Internet. The remaining chapters as the second part focuses more on concrete problems with obtaining copyrights on the Internet and the responsibilities of individual internet users.In the last part of this thesis, I focused on famous cases such as the rejection of the ACTA agreement, shut down of the world´s largest online data storage provider known as Megaupload, or the problems between Rapidshare and local association GEMA in Germany. |
