Abstract:	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na smluvní vztahy při poskytování energií. Jde o smlouvy spotřebitelské. Jsou zde popsány speciální náležitosti smluv o dodávkách energií. Na jedné straně stojí zákazník (spotřebitel) a na druhé dodavatel energií. Energiemi se zde myslí převážně elektřina a plyn. Obecně jsou tyto smlouvy upraveny v občanském zákoníku.
Abstract in different language:	The thesis is focused on the contractual relationships in the provision of energy. It is a consumer contract. So on the one hand there are customers (consumers) and the other energy supplier. Energies are here mainly thought electricity and gas. Generally, these contracts are governed by the Civil Code.
