| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je právní analýza stávajících autorskoprávních vztahů, týkajících se ochrany audiovizuálních děl. V souvislosti s rozvojem a rozšířením Internetu je zvláštní pozornost věnována autorskoprávní ochraně audiovizuálních děl pro prostředí Internetu. Nejprve je popsáno relevantní legislativní prostředí existující v České republice, v Evropské unii a v mezinárodním právu. Pak jsou popsány a rozebrány různé aspekty nejčastějších způsobů porušování autorských práv v prostředí Internetu. Na základě této analýzy jsou v závěru uvedeny návrhy doplnění ustanovení existující legislativy pro oblast právní ochrany audiovizuálních děl v prostředí Internetu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with some issues regarding the legal protection of audiovisual works. Due to the recent expansion of and progress in modern technologies, especially the Internet, the legislation has to react to the changing state-of-the art in that field by providing new means for the necessary protection of all audiovisual works. In the first place the existing relevant legislation of the Czech Republic, of the European Union and of the international law is briefly summarised. A description and an analysis of various aspects of breaching the copyrights in the Internet environment follows. Finally, some legal measures that could be implemented in the existing legislation to improve the copyright protection of audiovisual works in the Internet environment are outlined. |
