| Abstract in different language: | This final paper deals with softball and lacrosse, discussing these team sports in history and present day, their basic rules and the roles of both teams and individual team players. The practical part of the paper focuses on training games and exercises in the lower grade of elementary schools with multi-age classrooms. |
