| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o orgánech akciové společnosti - valné hromadě, představenstvu a dozorčí radě. Dále se také věnuje komparaci těchto orgánů se zahraniční úpravou a také s novým zákon o obchodních korporacích. |
