| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analytické zpracování tématu, nejprve obecně moci soudní a její nezávislosti, poté podrobný rozbor problematiky nezávislosti soudce a přísedícího spolu se zmapováním současných problémů soudcovské nezávislosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to analyse the topic, first of all the judiciary power and its independence in general, then a detailed study of the judge´s and lay judge´s independence issue in conjunction with surveying of the current problems of independence of the judges. |
