| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je vývoj judikatury italského Ústavního soudu ve vztahu k právu EU. Výchozím bodem jsou odlišné rozsudky Evropského soudního dvora a Ústavního soudu Italské republiky ve věci Costa v. ENEL. Ústavní soud postupnými kroky překonává odlišnosti v názorech těchto soudu, což vyústí podáním předběžné otázky Ústavním soudem k Evropskému soudnímu dvoru. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this work is the progress of the jurisprudence of the italian Constitutional Court in relation to EU law. The starting points are different verdicts of the Court of justice and the Constitutional Court of the Italy in the case of the Costa vs. ENEL. The Constitutional Court of the Italian Republic getting over step by step deferences n opinions between Courts, when all end in to put a preliminary ruling by the Court of Justice to the Constitutional Court to the EU. |
