| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je téma pojišťovací zprostředkovatele a likvidátoři pojistných událostí.První část práce je zaměřena na pojišťovnictví, zejména na vývoj pojišťovnictví včetně právní úpravy až do současné doby. Druhá část práce je věnována fungování pojišťoven na pojistném trhu, přičemž stěžejní část této diplomové práce je věnována pojišťovacím zprostředkovatelům a samostaným likvidátorům pojistných událostí, kde jsou podrobně rozebrány podmínky výkonu těchto činností. Třetí část této práce je věnována výkonu státního dozoru prováděné státem nad pojišťovacími zprostředkovateli a samostanými likvidátory pojistných událostí včetně správního trestání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my thesis is an insurance broker´s and adjuster´s role. The first part of the thesis is focused on insurance, mainly on the matter of its development including legislation up to the current time. The second part of the thesis deals with the functioning of the insurance companies in the insurance market whereas the main part of the thesis is focused on the insurance brokers and indivudual adjusters where the conditions of performance of the above mentioned positions has been described in detail. The third part of the thesis deals with the national supervising bodies over the insurance brokers and individual adjusters including the administrative punishments |
