| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému hodnocení pracovníků.V úvodu práce bylo blíže popsáno prostředí, ve kterém společnost působí, byly identifikovány vnější a vnitřní vlivy působící na společnost a zmíněny cíle firmy. V další části bylo přiblíženo vnitřní prostředí se zaměřením na procesy týkající se lidských zdrojů a provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Následně byl sestaven návrh hodnotícího systému, použité metody a postupy. V závěru práce byl přiblížen proces implementace systému včetně možných rizik a způsobu jejich ošetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis analyses a proposal of a system of employee evaluation. The initial part of the thesis provides a detailed description of the environment in which the company operates, identifies external and internal influences on the company and mentions company objectives. The internal environment, with a focus on the processes in relation to human resources, was described in the following section and an employee survey was carried out. In the following section, a proposal of the evaluation system was prepared, together with the used methods and procedures. The implementation process of the system, including potential risks and their treatment, was described in the conclusion of the thesis. |
