| Abstract: | Tato studie je zaměřena na podzemní orgány nejhojnějších rostlin na třech plzeňských nížinných vřesovištích. Sleduje parametry podzemních orgánů, které následně porovnává v rámci jednoho druhu, též s ostatními sledovanými druhy vřesovištních rostlin a mezi jednotlivými lokalitami. Získané poznatky srovnává s odbornou literaturou a vysvětluje možné příčiny nesrovnalostí. Zahrnuje obrazovou dokumentaci vypreparovaných podzemních orgánů. Na základě výzkumu podává základní informace o parametrech podzemních orgánů a vhodné parametry pro další výzkumy. Součástí této bakalářské práce je vypracování herbářových položek podzemních orgánů rostlin, které jsou zařazené do Srovnávací sbírky podzemních orgánů rostlin v Západočeském muzeu v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | In general this study is focused on the belowground organs of plants which are the most common in a three heathlands near Pilsen. First of all the study observes the parameters of belowground organs, which are after that compared within one species to other species in a heathlands and between three localities, and finally it compares the results of study to non-fiction literature and explains possible causes of optionally discrepancies. Furthermore the study includes pictorial documentation of belowground organs. According the research the study also provides basic information about the belowground organs and gives the appropriate parameters for the next research. In addition to this Bachelor?s thesis, there is a herbarium of belowground organs, which is included in the Comparative collection of belowground organs in the West Bohemian Museum in Pilsen. |
