| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu na Tachovsku, výzkum kvality nabízených služeb v oblasti informačních služeb a návrh nových produktů. V úvodu je práce zaměřena na problematiku cestovního ruchu a služeb cestovního ruchu. Další částí práce je charakteristika regionu Tachovsko z hlediska služeb cestovního ruchu, dále výzkum kvality nabízených služeb v Informačních centrech regionu a SWOT analýza regionu. Poslední částí práce je marketingový mix a návrh nových produktů v podobě pobytů pro dvě cílové skupiny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is focused on the analysis of the supply of tourism in the region Tachovsko, research into the quality of services offered in the field of information services and design new products. At the beginning of the work is focused on tourism and tourism services. Another part is Tachovsko characteristics of the region in terms of tourism services, further research into the quality of services offered in the region, information centers and SWOT analysis of the region. The last part is the marketing mix and design of new products in the form of visits for the two target groups. |
