| Abstract: | Záměrem práce bylo porovnání jednotlivých referend z hlediska místa konání, které mají zakotvení v právním řádě České republiky. Jako první z nich bylo uvedeno referendum konající se na celém území státu, tzv. celostátní referendum. V další kapitole je pojednáno o krajském referendu, které představuje v českém právním řádě relativně nový institut, zákon o krajském referendu nabyl totiž účinnosti v roce 2011. Hlavní pasáž práce představuje kapitola čtvrtá, která se zabývá místním referendem. Místní referendum, upravuje několikrát novelizovaný zákon č. 22/2004 Sb., o místním referendu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis was to compare different types of referendum, based on geographical aspect, which all have legal basis in the legal order of the Czech Republic. First type of referendum, state referendum, is held in the whole area of the Czech Republic and deals with issues common for all citizens of the country. Next chapter of the thesis is focused on regional referendum which represents quite new institute in Czech law system.The law about regional referendum entered into force in 2011 and his content resulted from the law about local referendum. The main passage work represents the fourth chapter, which deals with local referendum. Law nr. 22/2004, many times novelized, examines the issues of local referendum. |
