| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje integraci Kubánců do české společnosti a kombinuje teoretické aspekty a praktické výzkum kubánské komunity. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak se lidé kubánské národnosti či jejich potomci integrují do české společnosti a kultury, a zkoumat podmínky, faktory a případné překážky jejich úspěšné integrace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Master thesis deals with the integration of Cubans into Czech society and combines theoretical aspects and field research of the Cuban community. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze how Cubans and their descendants are being integrated into the Czech society and culture, also examining factors, conditions and obstacles of their successful integration. |
