| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol nezahrnující úvod a závěr. První kapitola vymezuje hlavní důležité termíny související s neziskovým sektorem, druhá kapitola je historický nástin vývoje neziskových organizací. Následuje legislativní úprava a zhodnocení rekodifikace. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá klasifikací jednotlivých právních forem neziskových organizací působící na území ČR a jejich činností a poslání. V páté kapitole vysvětluji problematiku financování a řízení neziskových organizací. A v poslední kapitole rozvíjím vlastní náhled na současnou podobu a úlohu neziskového sektoru ve společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis consists of six chapters, excluding the introduction and conclusion. The first chapter defines the main important terms related to the nonprofit sector, the second chapter is a historical outline of the development of nonprofit organizations. Followed by legislative regulation and assessment of the re-codification. The fourth chapter deals with the classification of individual legal forms of non-profit organizations operating in the Czech Republic and their activities and mission. The fifth chapter explains the issues of financing and management of nonprofit organizations. And in the last chapter I develop my own views on current form and role of the nonprofit sector in society. |
