| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zkoušky vlivů prostředí. Úvodní část se věnuje přehledu normalizovaných metod zkoušek vlivů prostředí. Je zde znázorněn přehled norem ČSN a IPC. V druhé části je popisován vliv daných zkoušek na degradaci testovaných vzorků. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na zkoušky solnou mlhou, teplotními šoky, vibracemi a na následný dopad zkoušek na DPS osazené různými druhy integrovaných obvodů BGA a QFN (MLF). V bodě třetím jsou popsány potřebná zařízení k realizaci zkoušek a požadavky na zkušební zařízení. V části poslední, práce seznamuje s ochranou DPS před vnějšími vlivy prostředí a problematikou uvádění elektronického zařízení na trh. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the testing of environmental impact. The introduction describes the overview of standardized testing of environmental impact. It highlights the overview of the ČSN and IPC standards. The second chapter describes the effect of given tests on the degradation of the test samples. Specifically, it focuses on the salt fog testing, temperature shocks, vibrations and on the following impact of the testing on DPS equipped with various types of circuits BGA and QFN (MLF). The third chapter describes the necessary test facilities and requirements for the test facility. The last part of the thesis introduces the protection of DPS from external environmental influences and the issue of placing electronic devices on the market. |
