| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu společenské odpovědnosti ve vybraném podniku. Soustředí se na implementaci CSR principů do strategie podniku. Efektivnost implementace je hodnocena z pohledu klíčových stakeholderů společnosti. Podstatou je využít jeden z mnoha způsobů hodnocení společenské odpovědnosti z pohledu obyvatel města, ve kterém podnik působí a přenést teorii do praxe. V práci je provedena analýza společnosti, kdy je představený samotný podnik, jeho oblast podnikání a současná situace společenské odpovědnosti podniku. Výsledkem práce jsou definované úspěchy firmy v odpovědném chování a doporučení ke zlepšení stávající situace na základě praveného výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work focuses on the analysis of corporate social responsibility in a selected company. It is based on the implementation of CSR principles in business strategy. The effectiveness of implementation is assessed from the point of view of key stakeholders in the company. The principle is to use one of the many ways of assessing social responsibility from the point of view of the city's inhabitants in which the business operates and apply theory into practice. The work introduces the company, its business area and the current situation of its corporate social responsibility. The results of the work are the defined success of the company in responsible behavior and recommendations for improvement of the current situation based on the research carried out. |
