| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje analýze stravy a stravování pražských dělníků mezi lety 1848-1939. Teoretická část zabývá antropologií jídla a zmapováním dosavadního výzkumu etnografie dělnictva na českém území. Praktická část má za cíl za pomocí kvalitativní obsahové analýzy sumarizovat již publikované výzkumy a popsat změnu stravování dělnictva coby specifické vrstvy pražského obyvatelstva v tomto časovém období a zjistit, jakým vlivům podléhala. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the analysis of food and catering of Prague workers from the second half of the 19th century to the 1930s. The theoretical part deals with anthropology of food and mapping of the existing research of ethnography of the workers on the Czech territory. The practical part aims to summarize already published researches and to describe the change of diet of the workers as a specific layer of the Prague population in this period of time and to find out what influences it was subject to. |
