| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zvláštních způsobů dokazování v trestním řízení. V diplomové práci je komplexně shrnuta nynější právní úprava metod některých zvláštních způsobů dokazování, mezi které patří konfrontace, rekognice, vyšetřovací pokus, rekonstrukce a prověrka výpovědi na místě, za podpory nejnovějšího kriminalistického poznání. Diplomová práce také poukazuje na nedostatky v této úpravě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of special methods of evidence in criminal proceedings. In this diploma thesis there is a comprehensive summary of the current legal regulation of some special methods of gathering evidence, such as confrontation, recognition, investigative attempt, reconstruction and review of testimony on the spot, supported by the latest criminalistic knowledge. The diploma thesis also points out the shortcomings in this modification. |
