| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu image destinace cestovního ruchu a její konkurenční výhody, kdy zkoumanou destinací bylo Finsko. V první části práce jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska. Druhá část práce určuje cíl a metodiku práce. Třetí část práce charakterizuje vybranou destinaci a její hlavní turistické cíle. Čtvrtá část obsahuje výsledky všech použitých metod výzkumu - pozorování, analýza příspěvků na Instagramu, skupinové rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření. Na základě výsledků z výzkumů bylo v poslední kapitole navrženo pět opatření ke zlepšení image vybrané destinace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on analysis of the tourism destination image of Finland and its competitive advantages. The first chapter is about theoretical basis. The second chapter determines the goal of the work and methodology of the research. In the third chapter is characterized chosen destination and its main tourist goals. The fourth chapter includes results of all used research - observation, analysis of the posts on Instagram, focus groups and survey research. Based on the results of surveys, five measures are proposed in the last chapter of the work. These measures may help with increasing of the destination image of Finland. |
