| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší úpravu trestného činu vraždy v právních systémech České republiky od středověku až po současnost. Podrobně analyzuje aktuální právní úpravu a právní úpravu dle trestního zákona. Na toto navazují praktické příklady, kriminologické pojetí vraždy a osoby pachatele. Práce se zabývá rovněž statistikou na úseku odhalování a vyšetřování vražd v České republice s důrazem na Západočeský kraj. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with adjustment of the criminal offence of murder in the legal systems of the Czech Republic from the middle ages to the present. Analyzes the current legislation, and legislation under the criminal law. This bundling practical examples, kriminologické the concept of murder and the person of the offender. The work includes also statistics on the detection and investigation of the killings in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the West Bohemia region. |
