| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje sdílenému pracovnímu místu jako jedné z flexibilních forem zaměstnání. Popisuje, co jsou flexibilní formy zaměstnání, flexibilní formy výkonu práce, jakož i koncept flexijistoty. Práce se podrobně zabývá institutem sdíleného pracovního místa a jeho právní úpravou jak v České republice, tak i v některých dalších zemích Evropské unie. Pozornost je také věnována problematice sdíleného pracovního místa a jeho právní úpravy. Práce představuje možné problémy, které mohou mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnancem v režimu sdíleného pracovního místa vzniknout a navrhuje jejich možná řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | Diploma thesis is devoted to job-sharing as one form of flexible employment. It describes what forms of flexible employment and forms of flexible working are, as well as the concept of flexisecurity. The thesis is focused in detail at the job-sharing and its legislations in the Czech Republic and some other countries of the European Union. Attention is also given to the problematic areas of job-sharing and its legislation. Diploma thesis present the potential problems that can arise between the employer and employee in job-sharing and suggest their solutions. |
