| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovou diskriminací v podnikání a pracovní oblasti v České republice a Kazachstánu. Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou genderové diskriminace, porovnat situaci v České republice a Kazachstánu a najít řešení problému genderové diskriminace v oblasti práce a podnikání. Jsou představeny základní typy diskriminace na základě pohlaví a jsou zmíněny možnosti řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with gender discrimination in business and work in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan. The main goal of this work is to acquaint the reader with the issue of gender discrimination, to compare the situation in the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan and to find a solution to the problem of gender discrimination in the field of work and business. The are presented basic types of discrimination based on gender and are mentioned possible solutions. |
