| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je Český zahraničně politický proces - agenda-setting a aktéři podílející se na tvorbě a výkonu české zahraniční politiky. Práce je jednopřípadovou studií pojednávající o vstupu České republiky do Severoatlantické aliance v roce 1999. Téma práce je rozděleno do dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na vývoj výzkumů agenda-setting a její koncepci.První část bakalářské práce obsahuje také analýzu českého zahraničně politického procesu, ve kterém je popsána jeho formální a neformální struktura. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na proces vstupu České republiky do Severoatlantické aliance a popisuje roli a vliv vybraných aktérů zahraničně politického procesu České republiky na tento proces. Cílem práce je zjistit, který z aktérů měl na vstupu České republiky do Severoatlantické největší podíl. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor thesis named Czech Foreign Policy Process ? Agenda-setting and Actors involved in the Creation and Performance of the Czech Foreign Policy is a one case study of an admission of the Czech Republic to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in 1999. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the theory of agenda-setting, its development and conception. Agenda-setting consists of three segments: media agenda, public agenda and policy agenda. Due to the specialization of the topic, the main emphasis is on policy agenda. The first part also contains an analysis of the Czech foreign policy process, which describes its structure. The second part concentrates on the admission of the Czech Republic to NATO. It describes a process to the admission and explains the function and influence of the Czech government representatives. The purpose of the thesis is to answer a research question: Which Czech government representative influenced the admission of the Czech Republic to NATO most? Theoretical knowledge described in the first part is employed in the case study of the second part. |
