Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ústavněprávního postavení politických stran v České republice. |
Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the constitutional legal status of political parties in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of political parties from the constitutional point of view, with regard to the common laws and regulations of the European Union. The thesis also examines the historical development of the status of political parties in the context of political development and constitutional changes in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on the financing of political parties and movements, with an emphasis on state funding and state control. The thesis analyses the electoral ruling of the Constitutional Court, which affected political competition at the level of parliamentary elections, and assesses the newly adopted legislation in this area. Last but not least, it deals with the issue of mobile EU citizens and their membership in political parties and movements in the Czech Republic. |
