| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem šikany na pracovišti. Práce vysvětluje pojmy mobbing, bossing a staffing. Práce se věnuje také právním předpisům, ve kterých lze nalézt podporu při boji se šikanou na pracovišti a následně přechází k praktické části, která je zpracována nejdříve formou dotazníkového šetření zaslaného vždy na různá pracoviště. Druhá polovina praktické části je zpracována pomocí rozhovoru s člověkem, který osobně šikanu na pracovišti prožil. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of workplace bullying. The thesis explains the concepts of mobbing, bossing and staffing. The thesis also deals with the legal regulations in which support can be found in the fight against bullying in the workplace and then moves on to the practical part, which is processed first in the form of a questionnaire survey sent to various workplaces. The second half of the practical part is processed using an interview with a person who actually experienced bullying at the workplace. |
