| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "benefity". Cílem práce je zjistit míru spokojenosti v soukromém a veřejném sektoru. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá nejdříve historií benefitů, jejich význam a funkce. Dále se práce zaměřuje na způsoby poskytování benefitů a jejich rozdělení. V závěru teoretické části jsou rozepsané vybrané benefity PČR. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Z dotazníku vyplynulo, že většina respondentů ze soukromého sektoru je spokojena, ale z veřejného sektoru nikoli. V závěru práce byla navrhnuta doporučení, které mohou vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic "benefits". The aim of the thesis is to find out the level of satisfaction in private and public sector. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals first with the history of benefits, their meaning and functions. Then the thesis focuses on the ways of providing benefits and their distribution. At the end of the theoretical part, the selected benefits of the PRC are discussed. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a questionnaire survey among public and private sector employees. The questionnaire revealed that most of the respondents from the private sector are satisfied but not from the public sector. At the end of the thesis, recommendations were suggested which can lead to increase in employee satisfaction. |
