Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podmínkami žen a mužů na manažerských pozicích. Vymezuje pojmy související s managementem, dále pojednává o rozdílném postavení žen a mužů manažerů napříč historií. Popisuje také dnešní celosvětové rozdíly, a jak na ně státy svou legislativou rozdílně reagují. Zaměřuje se na negativa, která pozice manažera může přinášet, kompetence a s tím související vlohy, které se mohou u mužů a žen lišit. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the conditions of women and men in managerial positions. It defines terms related to management, as well as discusses the different positions of women and men managers throughout the history. It focuses on the negatives that the position of a manager can bring, competencies and related abilities, which can differ between men and women. |
