| Abstract: | Celá práce by měla být hlavně přínosem v oblasti dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr.Uvedla jsem nejprve obecnou terminologii, především základní znaky dohod a porovnání dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr s klasickým pracovním poměrem.Snažila jsem se najít společné, ale i rozdílné znaky, vyzdvihnout výhody či nevýhody a upozornit na problémy, které by mohly u konkrétní dohody nastat.V práci jsem se zaměřila také na judikaturu, ze které jsem si vybrala několik případů a blíže je rozebrala.Důležitou roli v pracovněprávních vztazích hraje také odměna za práci. I tohoto důvodu jsem se pokusila najít rozdíly mezi mzdou, platem a odměnou z dohody.S odměnami je však úzce spojena také daňová problematika. |
| Abstract in different language: | The whole thesis should be especially beneficial in the area of agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship. I presented the initially general terminology, especially the basic characters of the agreements and comparison agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship with the classic employment relationship. I tried to find common, but different characters, to highlight the advantages and disadvantages and to highlight the problems that could occur at a specific agreement. In my thesis I focused on the case law from which I have chosen a few cases which are taken apart closer.Important role in labor relations also plays remuneration. And for this reason I tried to find the differences between wages, salaries and bonuses of the agreement.But with rewards is also closely related tax issues. |
