| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahy a spoluprácí mezi SDEU a národními soudy členských států EU, přičemž tato studie probíhá zejména na základě rozborů judikátů Soudního dvora. V práci jsou stručně popsány soudní instituce EU. Národní soudce je představen jako soudce evropského práva. Vztah těchto dvou celků je demonstrován na vztahu právního řádu EU a národních právních řádů a na institutu předběžné otázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with relations and cooperation between CJEU a national courts of the Member States of EU. In the thesis are breafly described judicial institutions of EU. The role of national judge is described as his role as judge of european law. The relation of CJEU and national courts is demonstrated on the relation between european legal systém and national legal systems and on the preliminary ruling. |
