| Abstract: | Diplomová práce nazvaná "Věci a jejich dělení" byla vybrána z důvodu toho, neboť účinnost nového občanského zákoníku od 1. ledna 2014 přinesla změnu v oblasti věcí v právním smyslu. Práce bude zpracována do jednotlivých kapitol, podkapitol a oddílů. Problematika bude řešena mimo úvodu a závěru ve čtyřech kapitolách. |
