| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vlatnictvím vody. Taktéž vlastnictvím vodních toků a vodních děl. Krátce též pojednává o historickém vývoji vodního práva u nás. Nastiňuje problematiku vlastnictví a jeho ochrany. Věnuje se rozdělení vod podle vodního zákona a druhům uřívání vod.Zaměřuje se na problematiku vlastnických práv k rybníku, k níž uvádí judikaturu Nejvššího soudu a Ústavního soudu. |

The thesis focuses on ownership of water, water structures and watercourses. It also deals with the pond as a subject of the ownership. It includes important judgements of the Supreme Court of Czech republic and Constitutional Court of Czech republic. |
