| Abstract: | Podle čeho poznává pedagog hodnoty své práce? Podle čeho se posuzují úspěchy, resp. nezdary pedagogické práce? Kde berou učitelé jistotu, že právě tento jejich zásah byl dobrý (špatný)? Podle čeho se přitom řídí? Předmětem mé práce je zjistit, podle čeho poznává pedagog kvality své práce. Na čem jsou tyto kvality závislé a jak je hodnotit. Přínosem mé práce by měla být samotná analýza vyučovacích jednotek VV a přínos učitelovy práce pro žáky výtvarné výchovy. Ověřím, jakou hodnotu tato práce má a jaká úskalí obnáší. Cílem mé práce bude objasnit podstatu reflektivní praxe - reflektivního praktika, dále přínosu výtvarné výchovy žákům. Přínosem mé práce by mělo být zodpovězení otázek: Jak učitel pozná přínos své práce pro žáky? S tím souvisí i pojmy pedagogické dílo, hodnocení žáků i pedagogické dílo a ty ve své práci objasním právě v souvislostech s danou otázkou. Where do teachers confidence that this particular their intervention was good (bad)? According to what abides? The subject of my work is to identify, according to what the teacher recognizes the quality of their work. What are these qualities depend, and how to evaluate them. The benefit of my work should itself be an analysis of the lessons VV and teacher's contribution to art education students. I check the value of this work is and what pitfalls entails. The goal of my work will clarify the nature of reflective practice - reflective practice, as well as the benefits of art education students. The benefit of my job is to answer the questions: How teacher recognizes the great value of his work for pupils? This is related to the concepts of pedagogical work, evaluation of pupils and pedagogical work and they will explain their work precisely in the context of that question. |
